West Star Texas accepts returns within 60 days of delivery. We are more than happy to issue a full refund if the item is in unworn condition. If the return is due to the quality issue, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

We usually respond within 0-2 business days. A shipping label will then be sent to your email.

Return Time Limit: All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 60 days of receiving the items. Once confirmed, items must be shipped out within 10 business days(2 weeks). 
Initiate Return: The customer must send an email specifying the order number, address, or customer name so we would be able to locate your order.

Shipping:

West Star Texas will pay for the return shipping for domestic buyers(United States buyer) ONLY and send a return label to the customer's email. Please carefully pack the return package and drop it at any local UPS or USPS location according to the corresponding label.

The international buyer would have to pay for return shipping. West Star Texas would send a prepaid return label. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
A refund will be issued from West Star within 7 days of receiving the return from the customer. Items must be new for a full refund. A partial refund may be issued for used items.
